Terms of Service

Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. If you fail to pickup your order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you order.

Inspect your entire order before leaving the co-op property, if they are any issues address the market manager to discuss the issues. Once you leave the market the product is yours and no refunds will be issued.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality produce, and we require our producer to deliver market-grade products.
